If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

MoneyMapper.ai provides AI-powered bank statement processing services, including transaction extraction, categorisation, and analysis. The service processes PDF bank statements and extracts transaction data using artificial intelligence technology.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use MoneyMapper.ai for your personal or business use. You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble, copy, or create derivative works of the software. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws.

MoneyMapper.ai is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, or accounting service. The information, analysis, and insights provided by this service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decision-making. This service does not constitute professional financial, investment, or accounting advice. For personalised financial advice tailored to your specific circumstances, please consult a qualified and regulated financial advisor or accountant.

Our service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to process and categorise transactions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies due to the nature of automated processing. MoneyMapper.ai is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the data extracted or categorised by our AI systems. Users should verify all financial data against their official bank statements before making any financial decisions or taking action based on our service outputs.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the service, including bank statements and transaction data. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

By using our service, you consent to the processing of your bank statement data as described in our Privacy Policy. We process data temporarily and do not store original bank statements permanently. Please review our Privacy Policy (available at moneymapper.ai/privacy) to understand how we collect, process, and store your data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it updated.

A 14-day free trial is granted for testing MoneyMapper. We encourage users to trial the service before making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Refunds for paid subscriptions are not provided except as required by law.

MoneyMapper.ai and its original content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by MoneyMapper.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyMapper.ai's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoneyMapper.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the service at any time.

Some features on MoneyMapper.ai may be marked as 'Coming Soon' or may be in various stages of development. We aim to inform users of features that are in development through our general website marketing materials by means of 'Coming Soon' badges or similar indicators. Features under development may not be fully functional, may have limited capabilities, or may be subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any 'Coming Soon' feature will be released or that it will function as described when launched.

Despite our best efforts to provide a reliable service, software bugs and technical issues may occur. MoneyMapper.ai is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by software bugs, technical failures, or service interruptions. We encourage users to report any bugs, errors, or technical issues to support@moneymapper.ai so we can address them promptly. While we strive to resolve issues quickly, we do not guarantee specific response times or that all bugs will be fixed.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, abuse of the service, or violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all your personal data, including statements, transactions, budgets, and financial information, will be permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered. Active paid subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period with no prorated refunds.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You agree to resolve disputes in good faith and, where possible, through direct communication with us.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
